Friendly and helpful staff. Especially the lady who does the beauty services! She was great and having that option adds to the customer experience. The room was big and the air con was strong.
Wifi was weak and the water didn't drain very well in the bathroom. There was some dust/dirt down the side of the bed which seemingly hadn't been cleaned in a while

It's in walkable distance from main attractions, there's a lot of coffee shops, bars and restaurants around. The staff was nice.
It's located on a busy roadcross so it's loud (earplugs is a must) but it's a norm in Ho Chi Minh. Ths hotel doesn't exactly looks like on photos. I mean the standard is lower that you can think.
