    Really enjoyed my stay at Yellow House Hotel! Honestly, one of my favourite budget hotels I've stayed at in Vietnam. Fantastic value for money with a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The room was surprisingly spacious, with a balcony, fridge, kettle, complimentary bottled water and tea. No TV, but that didn't bother me as I wasn't there to watch television! I stayed on the top floor, which required walking up a few stairs from the elevator, but that wasn't an issue. The shower pressure was a little inconsistent, and the towels and bedsheets were showing their age. The room was also slightly dusty in places, but nothing that really bothered me considering the price. What really made this hotel special was the staff. A huge shout-out to Nhu at reception! Such a lovely, friendly person who was always happy to chat, help out and make me feel welcome. It's those little interactions that really make a stay memorable. The hotel has a shoes-off policy, with slippers provided, which helps keep everything clean. It's tucked away down a quiet little alley in District 1, so you can get a decent night's sleep while still being within walking distance of plenty of food, coffee shops and local attractions. Overall, a fantastic little budget hotel with everything you need and genuinely wonderful staff. It might not be fancy, but it has character, comfort and great hospitality. I'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

    Good value, but paying extra for a window is not worth it, faces directly to a wall. and the blinds were tied so the window couldn't open. Can't be the price and location.

    Every room has a balcony!…Really? Those accessible only via a window & filled with pot plants aren’t everyone’s idea of the blissful outdoors. Conveniently misleading advertising, dishonest, not much wiggle room from there. Ants in various places, not encouraging.
