I probably would stay there again as I think Serena offered a lovely apartment and the location was convenient.

Exceptionally clean- central location and Serena was very pleasant ,professional and prompt to address our questions.

Not any fault of the proprietor- but the location near the street was loud in the evening -not ideal if you need a quiet respite to sleep.

A very clean and solid apartment. We loved the bed room size and bathroom sizes. Felt very comfortable .

Really nothing. I could see how people might find it a bit noisy, but with the air conditioning on and the fan it was perfect. Actually I liked the buzz and much prefer that to being out in the burbs.

Amazing appartment, very well located in centro historico, very quiet during the night. We loved the decoration. We liked very much to get some biscuits when we arrived. Owner of it is very kind and available. The place was very clean. We liked to play to Italian Bingo we found in this place.

central location, comfy beds and spacious clean rooms- also the warm welcome by Serena with wine and pastries . The. neighbouring cafe is the perfect place to pick up morning croissants and coffee

Easy communication with host, apartment very central, good size with lovely living room, really good Air Conditioning system, warmly welcomed in person (& with food items in kitchen!), well provisioned.

We weren't aware of the annual June/July Lucca Summer Concert series. One of rhe outdoor venues is about 100m from the apartment, Piazza Napoleone. Beautiful venue but a bit disruptive for access & noise. But fantasic base if you're attending one of the fab concerts!
