the location and apartment condition
The communication with the host was really not easy, your kids are not allowed to play outside, you cannot take a shower > 15 minutes, because you use all amount of water for the whole house within 15 minutes. The host spoke impolitely to my kids. This family lives next door and require to follow strictly their rules with the silent time, it was followed by us, but not by them. Every day at 6:00 am we listened someone playing piano around 30 - 40 minutes. Around 6:30 their son every day pounded on ours walls or windows very loudly so that our kinds were scared with this noise. etc., etc.
