Great apartment in a central location

Ski paradise

Everything was perfect. 10/10 best place we ever stayed for skiing. Great location, secure parking, great hosts. Close to all the restaurants, skiing lifts and shops. We will definitely be back again.

Brilliant Holiday in Mayrhofen

The apartment was wonderful, bright, clean and spacious. It had a oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher Patrick and Silvie were fabulous hosts. The apartment is in a fabulous location, really close to everything. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return .

We had a fantastic week in Mayrhofen, from the stunning weather to the full on skiing, exploring the beautiful Mayrhofen (some great restaurants; Goldkind, Manni) to our gorgeous apartment in AlpenLiving. We could not have asked for better. Silvia & Patrick have created a real gem with AlpenLiving; beautifully modernised apartments in a gorgeous old building right off the main street of Mayrhofen. They have thought of everything & have made the very best use of the space. Clean, comfortable.....we had the best nights sleep every night!!

Perfect location, Brand new facilities, Friendly hosts

every thing was new and Silvia and Patrick was super good hosts. perfect location for skiing 2min walk to Penkenbahn and supermarket. also the view from the room is great. skikeller and two balcony were also great.

There was major problem with heating system, but hosts did their best to solve the problem. There is no elevator in the building and the Grinberg room was located 2nd to 3rd floor (entrance 2nd, toilet 2.5 floor and room and kitchen and shower at 3rd floor). shower room is bit small

Spotlessly clean and a great quiet location next to the main street. Balconies had a 360 view of the mountains. Garden was great to sit out in. Patrick and Siliva were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Location was perfect! Extremely close to center of town and lifts, just far enough away to be quiet. Hosts are wonderful, and very accomodatiing. Apartment is very nice, ski locker perfect. A great stay.

They were doing renovations on the adjacent apartment, and the workers were quite loud early in the morning. Kitchen could have a few more basics.
