We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—close to the Ahornbahn and just a short walk to the Penkenbahn. The place was spotless, and the owner was very kind. The ski storage room was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Great stay and well located apartments in a quiet location

Nice size apartment for 3 guys all with our own room. Well equipped kitchen and nice cosy ski room. Good views of the mountains and near both of the lifts. Very friendly host met us with a free schnapps. Great place to stay would stay again.

Really nice place to stay. Great location only a few hundred metres from the main cable car up the mountain and to the centre of town. Welcoming owner. Room was clean, spacious and had a well equipped kitchenette. Stayed on the ground floor, so no balcony, but direct access to a small garden area at the side of the guesthouse. Very competitively priced. Would recommend.

The kitchenette did not have an oven (hobs, microwave and toaster only). Not a problem at all from my perspective, but could be a factor for some.

The location is awesome, walking distance to both ski lifts and to supermarket. The place is cozy, with big bedrooms and a full echipped kitchen.

Fair price, excellent location

Very close to the city center and the Ski lifts. Beautiful view of the Room directly to the mountains. Very clean. Staff very kind, friendly and willing to help and answer our questions. Ski pass available in the reception. Nice and warm rooms, Ski depot available excellent.

Kitchen is not included in the price from booking.com. It comes extra if you need it and it was offered as separate room but on the same floor (1st floor). No Oven in kitchen available unfortunately and no soap in the bathroom. Otherwise full equipped!

Superb

Overall vacation was great! We have received all confirmation, payment details and all what was needed to complete the reservation and arrange our travel. The communication with the owner was easy and nice, all was nicely explained. The property is very flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate small or large family. We had 2 sleeping room apartment with rather spacy kitchen. The apartment was nicely planned, quite and comfortable. Kitchen is nicely equipped and has all what you would need for a comfortable vacation. The bed, bathroom – all is fine, clean and good. The location of the property is very good, just few minutes walking distance to both main ski lifts in Mayrhofen. Summary: I can recommend this location as very good

One day the heating was off for few hours. Something has happened. On our message the owner has informed us that they know about the issue and the technicians are already working on it. In relatively short period of time the issue was solved. I would not see this as the disadvantage, rather as a great service, and ability to fix issues quickly.
