Lovely host, exquisite apartment in a gorgeous valley in the Austrian Alps!

Everything was great! The location was perfect, and the apartment had it all - great showers, comfortable beds, and a fabulous patio! The host is incredibly helpful & always willing to lend a hand.

An amazing stay. Martin could not do enough for us. Fantastic appartment and great location.

Martin met us at the property and gave us lots of really helpful information. He booked tables for us at lovely restaurants and was so friendly and helpful. His mum even cooked some fantastic apple strudel for my daughter’s birthday. The appartment was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The decor and standard of amenities was first class.

Our stay in Martin's apartments was an absolute delight. He is hands down the best host we've ever encountered. Always ready to assist and incredibly helpful, Martin went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He even reserved top-notch restaurants for our company, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. The Autumn apartment we stayed in was a haven of spaciousness and cleanliness. We are meticulous individuals, and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Situated in the center, away from the noise, it offered mesmerizing views of the majestic mountains from its two balconies. Martin, you are truly amazing, and your apartment ranks among the best we've experienced. We fell in love with Austria and its breathtaking nature. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We'll definitely stay in touch.

The design of the apartment is really wonderful and the facilities provided were great. Large range of cooking utensils and equipment are provided such as oven, stove, pan and microwave. A dishwasher is also included! Other than that the location is convenient to the town and it is right beside the guest house where you can access the playground or public pool.

Great time and comfortable stay.

Great location for going out into town and both local Ski areas as well as Ski bus. Complete kitchen and comfortable dining lounge/area, we had a lovely time with 3 adults 2 kids.

Bathroom is small but with a Washbasin in each Bedroom it works.

Tolle Unterkunft

Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung (Fewo Herbst) mit allem drum und dran, in sehr guter Lage. Das öffentliche Schwimmbad kann kostenfrei genutzt werden und ist unmittelbar daneben. Die Bergbahn ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar (für Wintersportler der Tipp: Skidepot an der Bergstation buchen). Das schöne und belebte Zentrum von Mayrhofen ist ebenso schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Vermieter. Martin ist sehr aufmerksam und kümmert sich jederzeit um alle Anliegen, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Es gab viele Extras on top (Handtuchwechsel bei Bedarf, Apfelstrudel von der Mama, ...). Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wir kommen sicher wieder!

Pobyt w apartamencie Alma by absolutnie wviatkowy! Mieszkanie jest świetnie wyposażone - niczego w nim nie brakuje, wszystko przemyślane w najmniejszych detalach. Apartament iest bardzo czysty, pachnący i urządzony z dużym smakiem, dzięki czemu od razu można poczuć się iak w domu. Na szczeqólne wvróżnienie zasługuje Właściciel - niezwykle opiekuńczy życzliwy i zawsze gotowy pomóc. Widać że naprawde dba o swoich gości i o to, by pobyt byt bez najmniejszego stresu. Z czystym sumieniem mogę powiedzieć, że to iedno z nailepszych mieisc, w jakich miałem okazję się zatrzymać. Z pewnością wrócę tu przy najbliższe okazji!

Prachtig en ruim appartement, smaakvol ingericht. Ons appartement beschikte over een heerlijk tuin met terras op de begane grond. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, met een zeer complete uitrusting. Rustige ligging aan de buitenkant van Mayrhofen, maar toch heel dicht bij het centrum en de skilift. Zeer attente en behulpzame gastheer.

Unser Gastgeber war super freundlich und hat sich um uns wunderbar gekümmert. Die Kinder haben sich über den inkludierten Eintritt ins Schwimmbad gefreut, so konnten wir Abends auch mal schnell nach der Wanderung nochmal baden gehen. Super bequeme Betten, so gut haben wir schon lange nicht mehr geschlafen - wie daheim. Top Lage in der Mitte von Mayrhofen. Absolute Empfehlung von meinen Kindern und den Eltern.

Geweldig

Martin de eigenaar is zo gastvrij, dit hebben wij nog nooit zo meegemaakt. Als je schone handdoeken nodig had dan werd dit geregeld, hij wil alles voor je doen van informatie geven over de omgeving tot het reserveren van een tafel in een restaurant. We werden zelfs verrast met heerlijke zefgebakken apfelstrudel. Het appartement zelf was van alle gemakken voorzien, netjes, schoon, goede bedden. De ligging is ook ideaal, dichtbij de supermarkt en bakker. Naast het appartement is een zwembad die voor gasten gratis entree geeft. Dus dat is ook een mooie bijkomstigheid. Kortom wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in dit appartement.

De ligging, inrichting, interieur en de gastheer. Eigenlijk zijn aan deze accommodatie alleen maar pluspunten te koppelen, een minpunt bestaat er in mijn ogen niet.

Aż ciężko zacząć co było najlepsze;) Przede wszystkim Martin- Gospodarz, wspaniały człowiek, który potrafi świetnie zadbać o swoich gości, od pierwszego dnia czuliśmy się bardzo miłe widziani, Martin wyjaśnił dokładnie jak co działa, gdzie co znajdziemy, w apartamencie ma przygotowane przewodniki górskie i z atrakcjami. Dodatkowo Martin jest w stałym kontakcie telefonicznym i można dopytać o wszystko, jeśli zajdzie taka sytuacja. Apartament jest wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Jest bardzo czysto i cały układ jest doskonale przemyślany. Z okien piękne widoki. Basen, kort tenisowy kilka krokow od apartamentu. Polecam !

Underbart boende.

Vart ska jag börja!? Detta är det bästa boendet vi någonsin varit på. Vackert hus med många fina inredningsdetaljer. Supersköna sängar. Välutrustat kök. Nära till linbanorna och huvudgatan. Bageri och närbutik i kvarteret bredvid. Vi hade lägenheten med balkong åt två håll som var lätt att vädra ur efter en varm dag. Fantastisk utsikt. Badhuset var så nära att det kändes som det låg på samma tomt (till barnens glädje) Sist med inte minst: Värden Martin är underbar. Aldrig känt mig så genuint omhändertagen av en värd på ett boende. Fick många bra tips om utflykter och restauranger. Kunde jag ge högre betyg än 10 skulle jag göra det.

Super mooi ingericht, voorzien van alle mogelijke comfort en heel goeie geluidsisolatie. Absoluut niets gehoord van de buitenwereld noch van de buren. Top! En Martin is zo ongeveer de beste gastheer die je je kan voorstellen. En dan heb je apfelstrudel van zijn moeder nog niet geproefd :-)

Traumhaft schöne Apartments, die mit einem sehr schönen individuellen Stil eingerichtet sind.

Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei der Ankunft wurde das Haus vorgestellt, inkl. Kaffee-Lounge und zentral verfügbarer Getränke sowie Reiseprospekten vorgestellt. Anschließend wurden wir zu den jeweiligen Appartments begleitet. Die Wohnungen sehen exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern.

Es gibt keinen einzigen Aspekt, der nachteilig bewertet werden kann.

Fantastich verblijf met perfecte host

Martin was een perfecte gastheer. We kregen van zijn mama een heerlijke apfelstrudel, ook kregen we voor de verjaardag van een vriendin een fles cava. Martin heeft er alles aan gedaan om er een top vakantie voor ons van te maken! De locatie was perfect, op 5 minuten wandelen van de skilift. Vlakbij het dorpje, de winkel en het openbare zwembad waar we gratis mochten zwemmen. In het verblijf was ook alles aanwezig: verse handdoeken (die dagelijks ververst werden), heerlijke nespresso koffie, chocolade en snoepjes. Ook handige boekjes aanwezig, Martin maakte voor ons ook een reservering voor een restaurant in het dorpje. Het was een fantastisch verblijf en een absolute aanrader!!

Ein wirklich tolles Appartment.

Das Appartment ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig. Der Lift ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist alles blitzsauber und zum Abschied haben wir noch selbstgemachten, noch warmen, sehr leckeren Apfelstrudel bekommen.
