The property was clean but does not represent like the pictures. It might help the overall appearance if they didn't include heavy blackout curtains. The curtains are required because the bedroom window is on the property walkway and the living room is on the pool. We loved the direct pool and beach access, but privacy shouldn't block out all light. The property ilooks like a 1990s spring break party condo. Repairs and a few amenities would help. Broken floor tile, broken fridge shelf, no beach towels, no potholders, no kitchen towels, no pitcher, and the worst entry/lock system we've ever had to deal with. We were surprised that a ground-floor condo had a HUGE staircase or a ramp walk up with little loading access. If you have mobility issues, this place will be difficult. Lots of paperwork with this location too.
