It is conveniently situated approximately 6 miles from Historic Downtown, where you'll find numerous restaurants and shops along A1A. Tarpon Run is just a short walk to the beach from the property.

Very conveniently located to drive to the beach, nicely furnished, comfortable beds. The North bedroom upstairs was quite a bit warmer than the other rooms, but that is to be expected during the Florida summer, and the ceiling fan worked nicely above the bed. Short walk to the pool. Pool was clean and the perfect temperature. Suited our needs perfectly. The 8 year old in our group said to make sure to leave five stars because she loved it!

Beach access is across the road (very busy highway to be crossing with small kids) and definitely a hike to navigate with beach coolers, wagons, and chairs… lots of stairs to get to the beach. The beds were extremely hard, we bought a king size memory foam topper to try to help make it through. We did leave it because those toppers are impossible to roll back up. The pool is an older one. It needed to be cleaned when we got there. It was full of crabs and dead ones at that . The place was clean, but not kid friendly. We left a day early.
