Check in was easy and the host was amazing. Always prompt to answer any questions we had and super friendly. The property is great and easy access to the beach. Far enough away from busier areas as that it’s quieter and easier to enter/exit but close enough to everything without having to drive very far. Would recommend this host to everyone.

I was worried about the view from the first floor, but you could easily see the ocean and sunrise. It was nice having a ground floor for our dog.. The bed was very comfortable and large. It was a nice surprise. The shower was wonderful with great pressure. We had one problem with the coffee maker the first day, but I let Todd know and he replaced it the next day. The pool was amazing beautiful and clean each day. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful beach getaway.

We had such a great time!! Such a relaxing little getaway. Todd and Sarah are wonderful hosts. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was awesome, and the WiFi and TVs were great. We also appreciated the close proximity of the unit to the beach access and pool. We would definitely come back again. Thank you!!

Host was excellent in promptly answering questions. View from patio obstructed by concrete wall and sea oats as well as almost under boarwalk shower. Oven and toaster needed cleaning badly. Would not use. Floor was gritty and left bare feet black, even though we had not been to beach. Mattresse was a disaster and lumpy. Shower water pressure phenomenal. Good place for Spring Breakers but not for Seniors.
