Welcome to Hidden Villa!
With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, this property is ideal for a quick getaway! Just a short stroll from St. Augustine Beach, Hidden Villa boasts a spacious fenced backyard perfect for your pet to roam. Relax under the pergola with a drink and good company. Conveniently located, you can easily explore everything St. Augustine has to offer, from Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth and the beach to shopping, golfing, fishing, and landmarks like the World Golf Hall of Fame and St. Augustine’s Wild Refuge.
Nestled in a peaceful residential area, Hidden Villa provides off-street driveway parking. Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a cozy and connected space. With hard surface floors, warm rugs, beachy décor, and soothing blue walls, the home feels welcoming. Comfortable furniture invites you to gather in the living room, whether to watch cable TV or browse local attractions with free Wi-Fi.
If bringing a pet, there will be a $200 non-refundable fee applied. We accept max. 2 dogs with weigh of 50lbs or less each.
(This is the downstairs mother-in-law suite offering COMPLETE PRIVACY—no garage or main home access, and NO SHARED SPACES. The entire property is yours to enjoy!)
The dining table is perfect for card games or meals, with plush chairs for lasting comfort. It’s conveniently close to the kitchen, making serving food a breeze. Alternatively, you can dine outdoors under the pergola, surrounded by nature, with a charcoal grill available for barbecues.
The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:
* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes
Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

Although it could have been cleaned more thoroughly and the stove didn't work right (we found out on Thanksgiving Day), they responded quickly to our messages and offered to take care of it right away.

This a quaint little house with homey feel and a wonderful back yard for canine travelers. A few very small issues but well worth the stay.

Host message seems welcoming. Kitchen was equipped with necessities. Location is walking distance to Cresent beach was convenient, 25 minute drive to tourist spot in Downtown/ Colonial Quarter. We appreciate being able to bring our dog but the grass was concerning due to fire ant mounds all over the backyard. Infestation of ants by back door. Bathroom shower head was dirty with green gunk, toilet tissue holder was dusty. For a group of four there was only one very small bar soap available. Definitely have to bring your own. The pillows are stained when we removed all the pillow cases to start a wash before leaving. Not a pleasant sight to see. Ceiling fan was creaking.
