Lily Beach Resort

Стаята е просторна и голяма, с всичко нужно. Чисто и подходящо за 4 човека. Близо до плажа, но в края.

В спалнята няма климатик. Би било полезно ако в апартамента има метла или моп за почистване. Също така за стая за четирима получихме само един ключ, което ни затрудняваше в определени ситуации.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations in many ways. Because of located on the outskirts of Sozopol, the beaches were relatively empty, but offered sufficient services. The hotel complex itself was new, the room was adequately equipped and spacious, there was a beautiful outdoor pool (we also had a nice view of it from the balcony of our room) and parking was available behind a barrier, not directly on a dusty street. It was literally a few steps to the sea.

All this, at a very reasonable price, was offset by the fact that there was a construction site and a very dusty road around the hotel. But a less than 5 minute walk solved everything.

Комплекса е тих,спокоен, чист и на 3 мин от плажа. Басейна беше чист, добре подържан и с топла вода. Стаите бяха просторни и чисти.

Няма нещо което да не ми хареса.

As a setup, it has a good foundation to be a very nice place, all the conditions are there

Staff's attitude was more than unacceptable - there was nobody on reception desk for 20 mins, took them 1.5 hours to provide us with a room, despite that we were there an hour after the start of the check-in time, instead of apologizing, they told us not to be that agitated ; not speaking a word of English; I had to ask for towels and toilet paper to be changed., the cleaning ladies clearly didn't notice the need. A lot of things can be improved in terms of service.
