The pool was good , we had accessible parking. Apartment was nice size and quite clean.

I personally think towels should be changed on daily basis,like in every other place I’ve been to, not every 3 days. The roads to get to the property and around the property are horrible , but that’s quite common for Bulgarian seaside hotels. Millions of euros get spent on the hotels and not thousands on the road to it .

Right next to the beach, beautiful pool, nice building. Price-quality good. Nice restaurants on the beach.

Building works all around, so supermessy surroundings. Parking difficult. Noisy apartments.

As a setup, it has a good foundation to be a very nice place, all the conditions are there

Staff's attitude was more than unacceptable - there was nobody on reception desk for 20 mins, took them 1.5 hours to provide us with a room, despite that we were there an hour after the start of the check-in time, instead of apologizing, they told us not to be that agitated ; not speaking a word of English; I had to ask for towels and toilet paper to be changed., the cleaning ladies clearly didn't notice the need. A lot of things can be improved in terms of service.
