I enjoyed it but the bed was a problem for me and the shower issue, I think , needs fixing.

everything was clean; access instruction easy to follow; space in studio good; location was great!

One could neither stand under the shower, nor could the water be regulated to one temperature. the water temperature changed the whole time between cold and really hot without touching the tap. The second issue might be good for some people, the bed was really hard, which I have problems with.

Great apartament with good view

The apartaments are fine, clean, comfortable, spacious, with a good view from the windows and also big TV also it has full kitchen with everything anyone needs.

Wifi was working strangely, sometimes it disappeared for no reason everywhere.

Schickes Apartment mit Gefahrenstellen

Guten Tag, wir hatten für vier Tage dieses kleine modern eingerichtete Apartment gemietet, um Koblenz und Umgebung zu erforschen, genießen. Es erscheint neu renoviert und ist modern, zeitgemäß eingerichtet und hat es einen wunderbaren Blick über die Stadt. Der Fernseher ist auf den neuesten Stand. Außer dem Kühlschrank brauchten wir nichts aus der Küche. Einen Parkplatz fanden wir immer beim Haus. Gut ist auch die Busverbindung in die Stadt, zum Bahnhof.

Die Mängel beginnen schon beim Koffer ausräumen, ab der Straße bis zur Wohnung über Treppen getragen: . Kleideraufhängen auf Rohrgestell Dann: . Das erste hinlegen meiner 95 kg offenbart eine dünne Matratze, eine harte Unterlage für entsprechende Nachterholung. Aber am schlimmsten sind die Gefahrenstellen: . Kopfanstoßen beim Aufstehen von der Toilette am Dachfensterrahmen oder der schrägen Decke. Passierte uns ständig, wohl weil das schräge Fenster darüber unbewusst Höhe suggeriert (sind beide ca 1,80 m groß). . In der Dusche stand ich mit meinen 180cm bereits an der Decke (auf der Wandseite ist die Badewannenschräge) und konnte nur vorsichtigst hantierend den Kopf waschen, denn es besteht erhebliche Ausrutschgefahr. Mein ausrutschen konnte ich noch abfangen. Verhindern würde das ganz einfach durch eine Badewanne mit rutschhemmender Oberflächenveredelungen gemäß Bewertungsgruppe B für nassbelastete Barfußbereiche (DIN 51097) die für einen sicheren Stand sorgen (klappt prima, habe eine solche zu Hause) . Der Badewannenvorhang ein schwer einzuhängendes Dreieckstuch (wohl unprofessionell aus einem Viereckstuch rausgeschnitten), dessen Befestigungsloch bereits ausgerissen ist, verhinderte nicht die Nässe am Boden vor der Dusche. . Abends tasteten wir uns immer im Dunkeln ab dem vorletzten Flur vor, die letzte Treppe hinauf bis zur Wohnungstür, da trotz Drücken des Flurlichtschalters in jedem Stockwerk, das Licht ausging, sobald wir den Stock darunter erreichten . Die schwere metallene Schlaf-Wohnraum-Deckenlampe hängt "ungängigst" genau über dem engen Durchgang zwischen Tisch zur linken unteren Bettkantenecke. Rannte dementsprechend zweimal nachts auf schnellem Toilettenweg mit dem Kopf heftig dagegen (kleine Platzrunde). Zu umgehen ist sie eigentlich nur im Limbotanzstil, den ich mit meinen 74 Jahren nicht mehr so gut beherrsche oder Bettrausrutschen übers Fußende .
