This stunning casita is nestled within a beautiful gated compound called Villa Ladera and Casitas. Hidden from the neighbors and the road below, this perfectly appointed home offers everything you could need for short and long term stays!
A curved wall featuring the original arched wooden door from the 50’s welcomes you into the first of your two outdoor spaces. The initial patio features a lovely heated plunge pool with bench ... surrounded by a lush wall of bamboo. The second patio (located off the living room) is surrounded by brightly coloured flowers, tropical plants and features two chairs and a hammock.

This is our first time staying in Casita Lozano and will be back for sure! The proximity to the beach is super convenient and the staff kept the place spotless. The owners and staff were attentive and responsive when we had questions. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

The Villa Ladera is tucked away and private but still walking distance to the Romantic Zone, beaches, and restaurants. It was exactly as it is shown in the photos and even better in person. The outdoor spaces were our favorite. The plunge pool was excellent for cooling off and the back patio was a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the tropical flowers, birds and the rain. The staff was very attentive and checked on us often for any needs and was always respectful of our privacy. My husband and I were celebrating our 19 year Wedding Anniversary and decided that we wanted to extend our stay. Scottie was quick to respond to our request and made the process easy. We were there during the Hurricane and Scottie was kind enough to reach out and make sure that we were safe. I highly recommend this lovely Villa and plan to return in the near future.

We stayed at the Casitas Lozano (1 bedroom). The overall property is very nice and location is perfect! We did have heavy construction next door which was beyond annoying, so would ask owner first before booking. Other than the noise, it is a really nice place to stay. Hector was not only a great cook, but was also very helpful if we needed anything. If you're looking for a place 5 min to town or beach this is ideal.
