Sayan Beach is hands down the best location the Puerto Vallarta has to offer. For those who want easy, convenient access to the restaurants, shops and cultural amenities of Vallarta’s charming downtown but don’t want to live in town, look no further. Sayan is located just 5 minutes away from the Puerto Vallarta downtown core on prestigious Santa Barbara Street short walk downtown Boardwalk and Pier, 50m (175 feet) from Los Muertos Beach and, best of all directly on sandy and serene Amapas Beach.

Our stay was amazing to say the least. Our host provided lots of communication and was quick to respond to any additional questions we had. He even provided a wonderful welcome basket of snacks and some refreshments in the fridge. The condo space was good with privacy for both couples and it was good to have the convenience of the washer/dryer. The variety of swimming areas was fantastic and the views from this 3rd floor condo was lovely. The gym has a great view of the ocean and a lot of equipment and the restaurant and bars on sight were good and reasonably priced. All of the Sayan staff were very helpful. They even arranged for us to have massages in our unit on the balcony listening to the ocean, which was super relaxing. Getting to and from the main part of romantic zone was inexpensive 4 -5 USD each way, or it is actually possible for the adventurous to walk behind the complex along the beach over some rocky areas, but there is a path there. Overall a great stay and we hope to return.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Tom was very responsive and great to work with. The staff at the condo were also very nice and helpful. We loved our stay and will be coming back again soon. Thank you Tom!!!
