You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
Please be advised that there are some dogs nearby this building, who may occasionally bark.

Apartment had everything we needed and it was clean and it has a stunning view from both inside and outside. Don’t have any negative to say about the apartment. There is a good walk going up from the ocean but for us it was just a good exercise. Takes about 10 min. Uphill all the way

Amazing view of ocean and Puerto Vallarta from balcony. Beautiful apartment, nice rooms and beds. Pool was really nice. We were greeted by concierge team who helped us get oriented. One note, be aware that the apartment is up on a steep cobblestone hill which we were fine with. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!
