Häuschen in top Lage mitten im Ort aber dennoch ruhig. 100m zum Strand auf der einen Seite, 20m zur Steilküste (schnorcheln!) auf der anderen Seite der Landzunge. Haus sauber. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.
Wohnzimmer leider sehr ungemütlich, meist hält man sich aber sowieso auf einem der vielen Balkone auf. Doppelbett sehr hart. Küche und Bäder könnten renoviert und neu ausgestattet werden.

The location of the property is exceptional. It is a quite large house enough for 4 people or a family with beautiful decks to sit and enjoy the view on both sides. The hosts were polite and seemed to be learning about hosting. The views were spectacular and as no other house is built across it is the only property with views on both sides of Assos..really a gift. Stunning views.
The property has superb views but really uncomfortable beds/pillows. The property could use an update and some basic necessities like small plates, knifes, sugar, oil, salt, napkins. Basic things to help guests simplify their stay, that are expected when charged such daily prices.
