Amazing views. Couldve spent the entire day just looking out

I’d say it’s a tad too expensive. Price was insane compared to a 5 star hotel. Great place but price should probably be more around 400-500 eur a night especially considering there are no real amenities

A brand new beautiful Villa with an amazing sea view 5 minutes walking from village center. Host is very friendly and did everything to make us feel at home. We had an amazing relaxed 5 days and we wanted more...

Water in faucets undrinkable and salty (in all the village)... it would be nice i f they would add a filter to make it less salty but it's not a big issue. Also, more shade in the pool area would be nice...

Villa Theoni was amazing on all levels! The location (literally 2 mins from Asos harbor), the views (unparalleled!) and the overall facilities/layout. The owner was super helpful and incredibly courteous, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going well. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Will definitely be back!

Villa Theoni was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Kefalonia. The property is absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, peaceful, and perfectly situated on the stunning Ionian Sea with breathtaking views. Every morning felt like waking up in paradise. What makes Villa Theoni truly exceptional, however, are the owners. Padalis & Kostas the two brothers who run the property are some of the kindest and most genuine hosts we have ever met. As a couple of women traveling alone, they made us feel completely safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout our stay. From helping us carry our luggage to assisting us with a rental car issue and even helping us get medicine from the pharmacy when one of us got sick, they went above and beyond in every possible way. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to help made such a difference and turned a wonderful stay into an unforgettable experience. The villa itself is spotless, comfortable, and surrounded by incredible natural beauty, but it is the hospitality that truly sets this place apart. If you're considering a stay in Kefalonia, do yourself a favor and book Villa Theoni. The views are stunning, the accommodations are wonderful, and the service is second to none. We arrived as guests and left feeling like family. We cannot wait to return!
