It was Superb!
The under floor heating was superb . The cottage was modern but had kept its charm . It has a warm and welcoming feeling to it. All facilities were there to make our stay comfortable . Close to the village centre and the steep hill was a challenge we enjoyed !
There are two allocated parking spaces but we often found another car parked in one of them . We have a Camper van and it would have been much easier to park if we could have parked across both spaces . A curtain across the glass of the front door would have given more privacy.

Very good
Excellent accommodation. Well equipped, clean, comfortable with stunning views of the Lake and the hills. Ideal for a trip to Coniston. We were there for the Lakeland Trails running events and it is just a mile to the start which was an extra bonus.
Would be happy to book again. It is worth mentioning that the access road is on a steep hill and the car park can be tricky.
