Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, przy Campo San Bartolomio, 2 minuty od mostu Rialto. Praktycznie przy drzwiach wejściowych do mieszkania znajduje się przechowalnia bagażu, w której dużą walizkę można zostawić na cały dzień za 6,95 Euro.. Nam udostępniono możliwość bezpłatnego wcześniejszego zameldowania, co było bardzo miłe. Mieszkanie jest przestronne i bardzo czyste. W zasadzie jest tam wszystko co potrzebne na krótki i dłuższy pobyt.
Największą wadą mieszkania jest to, że jest ono bardzo ciemne. Poza dwoma małymi oknami w salonie, które wychodzą na małe boczne uliczki, reszta okien w apartamencie sąsiaduje że ścianami sąsiednich budynków. Do mieszkania wpada więc bardzo mało naturalnego światła. Przy dłuższym pobycie może się to okazać męczące. W mieszkaniu brakuje ścierek do wycierania naczyń. W dozownikach w łazienkach mydło w płynie słabej jakości. Nie ma ekspresu do kawy. Są dwie małe włoskie kawiarki.
