We enjoyed our stay here. The property was as described. It was roomy enough for our 5 person family and walkable to everything.

What a fantastic property and wished we had stayed the week. Online photos do not do it justice. Spacious, clean and absolutely no musty or moldy smells. Perfect for children with space to move and explore. Easy trash directions within building. The location was perfect between Rialto and San Marco as well as nearby restaurants. Support staff wonderful in guidance and showing us apartment features. In addidion, one of children left his stuffed bunny behind and very upset is saying it lightly. Representative arranged it to be mailed to us in Italy. Because of apartment's perfect location along canal and in Venice, reasonably priced for all you get, wonderful support staff, I highly recommend this rental. This was our favorite stay in Venice, we have been here 6 times, in large part to rental's accommodations.

This place is fantastic, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s huge. We are 3 adults and 2 teenagers, so much room for all of us. The bathrooms are very nice. We opened the windows and looked down to see a canal.
We had a contact person named Simon. He was great to communicate with and even arranged water taxi for us at our request.
