Le prix proposé correspondait à une remise de 56%. En réalité, le prix payé, même avec moins 56 % reste bien élevé compte tenu de la vétusté du lieu et de son état vieillissant...

Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine, pas un seul plat pour le four, pas un seul saladier, pas de bouilloire ni de cafetière, alors que la maison propose d’accueillir 6 personnes. !!! Confort minimum Maison vieillotte qui mériterait des travaux, toutes les portes et les fenêtres, en métal, ferment avec difficulté.
