About this villa rental
The villa, in fact, overlooks terraces cultivated with citrus fruits and characterized by dry stone walls made of lava stone; behind it stands Mount Etna in all its majesty; around there are fruit trees and an olive grove and the perimeter closes with the blue of the sea that goes from Taormina to the port of Riposto,
The villa has a private swimming pool and outdoor spaces for walks or sporting activities.
The interior spaces, intended for guests, are divided into two floors.
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom, with air conditioning, two bathrooms, study room, kitchen, dining room, large living-dining room with fireplace and air conditioning.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with terrace and balcony and air conditioning, living-dining room with balcony and air conditioning, kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi.
Services available to guests: outdoor pool with deck chairs, umbrellas, shower with hot water, pool towels, barbecue, gas, coal, satellite TV, internet wi fi, air conditioning, fireplace, parking, garage, 2 bicycles.

Mario and Simona are perfect hosts; friendly, helpful and informative and very responsive to any query Mario even left us a delicious breakfast from the local bakery on our first morning. The villa is spacious, well furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need - and in the unlikely event something was missing I'm sure Mario would promptly supply it! There are several terraces outside with plenty of room to eat and relax, a lovely pool and it sits on its own at the top of a hill so has amazing views, although it does directly overlook the local sports/football ground. At the front there are views along the coast to Taormina and at the back an uninterrupted view of Etna. The photos really don't do justice to this beautiful villa We spent a very enjoyable 10 days here and would definitely recommend it

We had a very nice stay. Very big and nice House with super view to the sea and Etna. Mario and his family are so kind and helpfull and mayed the stay ekstra nice😊😊

Villa Capogrecale is a truly fantastic property with everything you could ever need for an amazing stay. The villa is huge, and immaculate inside and out, with great facilities and sensational panoramic views of the sea and Mount Etna.
Mario was a great host, going above and beyond. Our travel was disrupted and we didn’t arrive until the early hours of the morning. He made sure we had the right directions (although still managed to get lost, but he did come and find us and show us the way!), settled us into the villa and even got us breakfast the next morning! He was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions and provide recommendations for restaurants, etc. We couldn’t have asked for more!
One thing to note, I would say you definitely need your own transport to explore the local area, and driving in Sicily was definitely an experience!
