Perea Silvi suite

It was as advertised, clean with two bedrooms and one further sofa bed. You could see the sea from the lounge balcony and there is a Greek flag flying there which makes the street easy to find when you are on your travels. It is close to all the main resturarants and bars in perea, very close to the square, very close to the beach. Supermarkets are easy to find within 10 minutes from the flat.

Everything was just fine. Near the beach, with pleasent stuff

Enough space for a family of three. Sea view terrace, although the weather was bad, so not much used. Finding parking in front of the building was not a problem. Wide enough and long enough double bed. Easy communication and key takeover. A nice short walk of less than 10 min to the center. Very close to the sea, 1 min. Well equipped kitchen.

A bit expensive considering it was only April. 2nd floor, no elevator, spiral steep staircase.

Very good location. Located 200 meters from the square. On a quiet and peaceful street.

Poor hygiene. It is located on the 2nd floor, which makes it difficult to bring small children and strollers. There is no designated parking space. It is difficult to find one in the season :( The rooms are small. It needs better cleaning! It smelled of vinegar everywhere. The upholstered furniture is dirty. There is no coffee maker and microwave. The towels are very old. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms! They asked me for 50 euros for early check-in :(
