VALEXX luxury studio

Exceptional in every way. The hosts are attentive, unobtrusive, but ready to meet at any time. Upon arrival, a bottle of cold wine and water was waiting for us in the fridge, and a basket of traditional Greek products in the kitchen. The studio is equipped with everything you could need in everyday life, from hygiene products, to appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, iron, vacuum cleaner... The hosts thought of every little thing, so there was an exclusive board game set in the living room, and everything you can think of in the kitchen elements from garbage bags to ice bags. Extremely comfortable bed with a very thick mattress. High-quality shampoo, bath and conditioner in the shower. Thanks to the gas boiler, there is hot water at all times, and the pressure is more than good. Two terraces: one with a view of the street, and the other smaller one overlooking the village, but also a side view of the sea. From the first moment we stepped into the studio, we felt like we were in our own home. The location is ideal. The beach is just a minute's walk away, public transport passes by the building, so we went to Thessaloniki and back without any problems once. Several markets and bakeries are within a hundred meters, and the Masoutis supermarket is very close. The surroundings are quiet, so we had the impression that we were alone in the building. We will be happy to return to this studio again.

As for the hosts, it is difficult to get anything better than this, but the building itself is quite dilapidated from the outside, which does not affect the stay here in any way.

We stayed at Valexx Luxury Studio in Perea for a week, and I have to say that this is probably the first time I have been this impressed and completely satisfied with a studio apartment. I travel a lot and regularly rent apartments, so I have quite a lot to compare it with — and honestly, I couldn’t think of a single thing that was missing or needed improvement. Everything is incredibly well organised and thought through down to the smallest detail. The studio is very comfortable and has absolutely everything you could need. The kitchen is especially well equipped: there are plenty of dishes and utensils, a kettle, a capsule coffee machine, a toaster, a milk frother, pots and pans, as well as an oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The studio has a beautiful balcony where we enjoyed our breakfasts and spent our evenings. There are even board games, which was such a nice touch! There is also a TV with YouTube, air conditioning, and a comfortable sofa bed, which was very convenient for us. Even the curtains and blinds have been carefully chosen so that the morning sun doesn’t wake you up too early. And the bed… honestly, I didn’t want to get up! The mattress and pillows are of excellent quality, the bedding is lovely, and the sleeping area is decorated in such a cosy and beautiful way. I actually came home wanting to replace all the pillows at home! 😊 The towels are soft, fluffy and absorbent. There is also a washing machine, which was very convenient, and a second small balcony for drying clothes. I also have to mention the bathroom mirror — even that was so thoughtfully chosen! 😊 It really feels like every little detail has been considered to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The lovely decor, beautiful lighting and pleasant scent throughout the studio created such a warm and cosy atmosphere. We felt incredibly comfortable during our entire stay and honestly didn’t want to leave. I’m very happy that we chose Valexx Luxury Studio for our holiday.
