Brand new building and appartment, lovely decorated and has everything for comfy cozy stay. Balcony with lovely couch for warm Greek afternoons and cozy evenings. Location is perfect: close enough to have a 5 mins walk to the sea, but far enough to stay quiet and have decent parking availability.
We could stay a bit longer, but this is not a host fault. :-)

This is a rare occasion when I hesitated to leave a review: just selfishly want to keep the gemstone for myself as a cherished secret. The place is truly amazing, from the clean parking lot and well-lit entrance to the last elegant tea spoon, everything is very well thought through, comfortable, modern, and simply made for you to rest and enjoy. I guess that was our first time in Peraia when we equally enjoyed sunsets at the beach and on the Covea’s balcony.
