About this house rental
Enjoy gorgeous sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the Intracoastal. What can be a better way to live a relaxed lifestyle than living in a 5-bedroom beach house called Hemingway Dream, complete with modern amenities, open space, and two separate living areas and kitchens. Enjoy over 1400 square feet of deck overlooking the ocean and a fire pit and an outdoor shower. When the song of the sea makes a calling, be ready with your mates in Hemingway Dream a gorgeous five-bedroom beachfront house.
Hemingway's dream house has 2 separate entrances, Downstairs have their own suite, living room and one bedroom with a Queen size bedroom. We call it bedroom 5 .
Main area is on the 2nd floor with the larger fully equipped Kitchen. Once you enter the upstairs main door, there is a bedroom called bedroom 1 that has a queen size Murphy bed. Across from that room, there is a King size bedroom called bedroom 2. Between these bedroom 1 and 2, there is a full bathroom.
We do have the stairs to the loft from the kitchen; there are 2 other bedrooms, bedroom 3 with 2 twins, and bedroom 4 with a Queen-size bed.
In the living room, we have a queen-size pull-out sofa.
Hemingway Dream offers 2,342 Square Feet of living space and a beautiful ocean. Your family and loved ones will enjoy the beautiful ocean, perfect for family gatherings!

Property is located in an excellent beach front location and check in was hassle free. Did not have a need to communicate with the property manager other than to locate the bbq grill. However, property is in very poor condition and needs extensive updates. Property was not clean upon arrival and we were not advised of the construction next door before booking. Honestly expected more for paying over a thousand dollars per night.
