Welcome to Guana Kai, a welcoming beach home designed for together time, easy living, and unforgettable coastal memories. Located on a quiet, residential stretch of South Ponte Vedra Beach, this spacious six-bedroom, five-bath retreat comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and is ideal for extended families, multi-generation vacations, or friend groups who love sharing experiences.
The heart of the home is the open main living level, where the family room, dining area, and kitchen flow together — so no one ever feels tucked away. Step onto the ocean-view balcony to sip morning coffee, feel the sea breeze, and watch the light change over the water. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with buffet bar, making it easy to cook big breakfasts, casual lunches, and relaxed family dinners.
Sleeping arrangements are flexible and family-friendly with two king bedrooms, a two-queen bedrooms, a queen bedroom, a room with twin daybed with trundle, and a fun bunk-style room with four twin beds — perfect for kids, cousins, or late-night giggle sessions.
After a day in the sun, gather in the game room with pool table, stream a movie, or simply unwind with a board game and good conversation. Wi-Fi throughout the home keeps everyone connected when needed — but the beach tends to steal the spotlight.
One of Guana Kai’s most loved features is the private beach walkway leading directly from the side yard over the seawall and onto the sand. This peaceful stretch of shoreline has no nearby public access points and is lined only with private homes, giving you a quieter, more relaxed beach experience — ideal for morning walks, shell hunting, sunrise photos, and long, lazy afternoons by the surf.
When you’re ready to explore, historic St. Augustine’s shops, restaurants, museums, and waterfront attractions are just a short drive away, making it easy to blend beach life with charming coastal adventures.

The home is exactly as described in the ad. We ended up having 13 people and everyone slept quite comfortably. Regarding the basics - the A/C was powerful with 2 zones, upstairs and downstairs with easy to use controls. Check-in/out was simple with a thorough home instruction sheet (do's and don't) provided ahead of time. Water pressure was good and no one complained for a lack of hot water. The cleaning crew did a good job turning the house around. Everything was clean when we arrived. The beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards were all in good shape. The kitchen is well stocked with all sorts of appliances, coffee makers, utensils etc. The property manager was always available to sort out small issues or respond to questions. Oddly, the master bedroom did not have any sort of dresser with drawers so you have to live out of your suitcase. There is a walk-in closet with a few hangers and a large armoire with (oddly) a 2nd tv? About the TV's - one or 2 remote controls at the most please. When you already have a smart TV having a tray with a half dozen assorted remotes under the TV is needlessly complex. But we weren't there to watch television anyway. The beach was fantastic!

This was our families 2nd year staying here and we again had a wonderful time. The house suits our needs, size and ages very well: 14 people from 3yrs to senior citizens. You can't beat the access to the beach even though the weather was not as good as last year. There are plenty of activities to do nearby.
