About this house rental
Sundial of Sanibel unit T304. Gulf view three bedroom/two bathroom vacation rental condominium. Our condo has been nicely updated and has a true 3rd bedroom off the living area for additional guests. The spacious living and dining room flow from the updated kitchen complete with all appliances and everything needed to prepare meals for your family and friends while on your Island vacation. The screened lanai is expansive and has ample seating to relax and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. Just down the hallway is the guest bedroom with a queen and twin bed as well as full bathroom just off the room. The master bedroom suite features a very comfortable king sized bed with gulf views and en-suite bathroom. The building is elevator serviced and we include beach towels! Enjoy the association amenities at Sundial East including multiple pools (one just steps away as part of the R, S and T buildings), bbq grills and high speed wireless internet. Walk just down the beach and enjoy the public restaurants, pool bar and spa at the resort. While you won't have full resort access (pool with slide, beach and pool equipment and daily maid service and other amenities), you also won't pay a daily resort fee, save over resort rates and can choose our condo specifically.
Important Note: The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.

We really loved this condo and resort. The kitchen and patio are great. Very spacious. The only complaint we had is that it’s advertised for two adults to be able to sleep in the twin bed room but those are child size beds. They were also pretty uncomfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, easy to get to and the vicinity to the beach was ideal. The unit had all of the appliances, kitchen equipment and washer and dryer which all came in handy. The part about the pool was a little confusing and misleading. When we booked this, the description mentioned a pool but then closer to the trip we found out that the pool closest to the unit is under construction and the main pool is open but you need to purchase a pass to access. There is also no access ramp to the beach which made it difficult with the cart and it could also be prohibitive for someone in a wheelchair. Overall though I would give this a 9/10 for quality, location and ease of booking/use and we are already considering booking again for next year. Great condo and beautiful beach with ton of shells!

The condo is beautiful, spacious and sparkling clean. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation with the gorgeous beach just steps away.
