Great 4 bedroom 3 full bath house (5 beds) just over 2200 square feet. Private 2nd floor primary bedroom with en-suite. King bed in primary bedroom. New carpet upstairs. Across the street from the public beach (Lido Beach). Public pool across the street, daily passes not included. Walking distance to famous, St. Armand’s s Circle (shops, restaurants, ice cream). Updated kitchen, newly updated bathroom. Private back yard patio, 2nd story sun deck (you can see the beach and water from it). Easy to get to. Beach chairs and beach toys available to guests (boogie boards, skim boards, sand toys). Renter must be 30 or older. Great family home. Quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. No Pets. House sleeps 8, no more than 10 people may stay in the house. Certificate of Registration = VR22-00143.

We took our 2 daughters, their husbands and our granddaughter and found really great space for everyone on this lovely home. We are all foodies, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to chef up our meals. We knew it would be close to the beach but were very pleased to see it was so very close, just across the street. And an easy walk to the amazing shopping and restaurants was a bonus. And paddleboarding through the mangrove trails was icing on the cake!

Plenty of room, house is fully stocked with all the necessary things for cooking and going to the beach. Great location for shopping and dining at St. A. All within easy walking distance.

This was our second stay on Lido Key with VRBO. The home was very spacious and beautiful. The location is fantastic. It is across the street from the beach and walking distance to many shops. Unfortunately many businesses were shut down from previous hurricanes so check if there is a favorite spot before visiting. Items were available to use for the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms also had items available for guests. This was appreciated. We purchased an umbrella to use and left it for future visitors to enjoy. Complaints for us were very uncomfortable pillows, lizards in the home daily, ants daily in the kitchen. We kept all food away and sealed cleaning up after eating. I contacted the number listed in the welcome binder and had no response the entire time we visited. The binder was helpful but outdated documents and certifications. It was not clear how to use the door lock. Thank you for sharing a lovely home overall.
