About this house rental
This is a fabulous 4 bedroom 3 bath home with a light and bright open floor plan. You will enjoy the new kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The dining table overlooks the pool area and seats 8. The primary bedroom en suite bathroom is spacious and luxurious with a tub and shower. The resort style pool and spa sits beside private covered seating and dining area with a grill. The laundry room is located on the first floor along with an additional refrigerator. There is also a ping pong table near the pool. If you would like to use bicycles during your stay, please let us know and we would be more than happy to help!
The famous white sands of Lido Beach is less then a mile away offering sunsets of a lifetime!
There is an abundant amount of Activities and Attractions in Sarasota/Bradenton/Siesta. These are just a few of the many treasures and cultural events..Benderson Park, Mote Marine Aquarium, Ringling Museum of Art, Florida?s Largest Wildlife Rescue / Rehabilitation Center with the Pelican Man, Selby Botanical Gardens, Museum of the Circus, Children`s fountain at Island Park, Myakka River and Park, Ed Smith Stadium Sport Complex, Sarasota Ballet (Oct-Apr), Van Wezel Performing Arts, Florida Studio Theatre, Sarasota Opera House, The Asolo Theatre, and Players Theatre. There must be a minimum of (2) adults over
the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premise.
In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $14.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000.

Our 10 days in the Lido Key House were fabulous. The kids were in the beautiful pool 8 hours a day. 4 bedrooms fit our 6 adults and 2 kids Short easy walk to Armand Circle for great restaurants and shopping. House had a wagon to pull chairs and umbrella and toys to beautiful Lido Key beach. Host was very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t have been a better vacation.

We had two toddlers in the two families staying in the house and it was perfect. The house is in the best location and has EVERYTHING you need!
