This Villa is a perfect home for your Florida vacation. From resort amenities to your in-house game room, the fun is endless!

When you first enter this oversized home, you will be greeted by a spacious dining room seating up to 8 guests. The Kitchen features a curved island with additional seating for 4. The open floor plan also provides an easier access between the kitchen and living room. From here, you can enter the pool deck through a sliding glass door where there are 4 loungers, and a table seating four. You also have access to enjoying the heated pool and spa.
The first floor bedroom, has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs, you will have even more additional seating for entertaining in the loft. The remaining five bedrooms are also featured on the second level. Two queen bedrooms meet with a shared bathroom. An additional master suite featuring a King bed and ensuite provides even further comfort. One additional King, and a bedroom with two full beds remain here to sleep each guest with the best nights rest.

To be able to use the Resort Amenities during your stay, a one time $35.00 fee will be charged at the Club House and access will be valid for your entire stay. No cash payments, only cards.

COMMUNITY PARKING RULES: 5-car limit per house. The driveway fits two cars. The garage is unavailable for parking. Street parking is allowed within the Solterra Community.
