- If the outdoor temperature drops below 55 degrees, the pool heat pump will automatically shut down for safety until it warms up
- The community amenities are available for an additional fee ($35/week + tax for 1-12 guests, and $45/week + tax for 13-16 guests), which can be paid for on-site upon arrival
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a doorbell camera facing the exterior entryway, camera 2 is located on the left side of the garage facing the driveway, and cameras 3 and 4 are on either side of the screened area facing the pool and spa area. All cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video (no audio) when activated by motion. They will start recording when motion starts and stop recording a few seconds after motion stops

This house is an absolute dream! Perfect for a family, or even two families! I went with my husband, 1 year old daughter, sister and parents and there was still plenty of room. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, with multiple rooms that weren’t used, and we could even have our own living room. The space is so nicely decorated and has everything you could ever need. From playpen, high chair, cooking supplies, video games, pool, etc. We felt so comfortable for our week there. The location was perfect. Close to shopping centers, Disney parks, icon park, etc. I couldn’t have asked for a better house to rent. The price, the space, the ease of booking, and the list goes on. You would be sadly mistaken if you don’t book this house.
