House is beautiful and clean. Plenty of room!! Heater never worked on the pool and the oven quit working while we were there. These are just a couple small things though. Overall great place!!

Was a great location for the family to get together and relax. There was a private pool for the family to use that is heated in the winter. There is also a lazy river with a pool (extra to use). House was a perfect size! Would recommend brining your own seasoning and cookie sheet for cooking. Great location about 30-60 min to Disney/Universal depending on I-4 and time of day.

Reasonable distance to Disney. The check-in gate for guests was a bit of a nightmare due to the Holiday, and was constantly backed up. The house was nice and big, but the floors, vents and bottom of the shower walls were really dirty. Our feet were black walking around on the tile floors. The neighborhood did not enforce no street parking, and because of the holiday, the streets were overpacked with parked cars and loud guests in other houses. The people behind us were smoking marijuana and being very loud, and the house next to us had children screaming insanely loud until late into the night. The pool was warm and clean, which was nice. I couldn’t locate the remote for one of the bedroom tv’s, and found corroded batteries in another (which was unusable even after buying and changing batteries). They did provide quite a few pots and tools for cooking, but a few of them were rusted. Overall, it was okay.
