About this house rental
Perfect for 14 people!
We have available a barbecue, hot tub, game room and many other amenities for your vacation. There are 6 spacious beds and very comfortable rooms, with a living room accommodating 1 more couple.
And if you're traveling with a baby, we have a crib and highchair available for you. I charge a symbolic fee of $ 20 each for using these items for the entire period of the stay.
Located in an area of the Solterra Resort, where works of new homes have already ended. This makes us a slightly quieter place than other areas.
We have 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms...
In the ground floor of the house you will have at your disposal:
- dining room
- full kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, hob, utensils, fridge, coffee machine, toaster ...) A large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including counters, microwaves, dishwashers and granite counters and yet all part of household utensils.
- family room: TV room with 70 "cable TV
- poker table
- garage games room (ping pong, basketball table and foosball)
- BEDROOM 1 : king master bedroom, two closets and a large bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and bath separate from shower
- 1 half bathroom as toilet ( closer to the dinner room)
- 1 full bathroom for bath (only has no tub in this bathroom) / closer to family room
- backyard with pool and jacuzzi, equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Our outer space is very large. The pool has a place for you to sit inside if you wish. And still has a hot tub, quite comfortable.
The outdoor furniture gives comfort to your rest days in the house and the barbecue is at your disposal at no extra charge for using it. We only ask to have it cleaned after use, otherwise it may be charged $25 the cleaning fee.
On the TOP FLOOR of the house, we offer you 5 bedrooms and 1 living room. Details:
- BEDROOM 2: king master bedroom, 49 '' Cable TV and large bathroom with separate shower from bathtub.
- BEDROOM 3: king bed with 43 'cable tv and wifi
- BEDROOM 4: queen bed with 43 'Cable TV and wifi
- BEDROOM 5: Frozen themed bedroom queen Bed with 43 'Cable TV and wifi
- BEDROOM 6: Mickey themed bedroom with 43 '' cable tv and wifi
- 1 complete bathroom with shower and bathtub ( next to the bedrooms 3 and 4)
- 1 complete bathroom with shower and bathtub (in conjunction with bedrooms 5 and 6)
- 1 65 'cable TV room with a comfortable queen sofa bed.
We provide all the bed and bath trousseau (except for pool) and we provide some shampoo kits and toilet paper for the moment of your arrival.

Check in was a nightmare. We arive at the house around 5pm . Staff from the office were leaving for the day but stayed to help us out. The office at the complex doesn't have anything to do with the rental . We were told the office would have all the check in details . If it wasn't for the wonderful staff at the resort we would of had to find another place to stay . To be honest we thought it was a scam . We did receive the lock box number and address from the owner . At least we had a place to stay . We later found out that the office was 30 minutes away . We went there next day to sign vacancy papers . At first they wanted pictures of our passports ...I didn't feel comfortable giving that information out . They settled for my driver's license. The house is huge ...7br ...5 baths....pool and hot tub. We did enjoy our time there . All parks are a long drive. The house was stocked well but we had to call the management company for s couple of things ....new pots ..they were worn out ...dish towels ...sinks were plugged. Tvs were not working . The House is not very clean ...carpets need a desperate cleaning or replacement. The walls are marked up and need a good wash or paint. The gated community is beautiful and the pool was fantastic. Great for kids.
Overall it's a rental property that needs a little love . Hope this helps you!!
