About this house rental
Enjoy this multi-level stand-alone Town Home that is pet friendly with mountain views across the road from Loon Mountain! Walk out your door for many hiking trails and enjoy the A/C mini split in the warmer summer months! Room for families of 7 with 3 bedrooms, plus a loft. Walk into the lower level with the Washer and Dryer Room. Find the TV and Family Room for kids to hang out! Walk up a flight of stairs to enter the main level. Here you'll find a newer fully equipped kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed. Mountain views from the living area. The bedroom on the 3rd floor is off the loft with a Queen Bed and Futon.
Great summer activities are so close! Several fun hiking trails for all abilities on the Kanc! Loon Mountain is Close with ziplining over the Pemi River, Ropes Course, Mountain Bike Rentals, Scenic Gondola Ride to Loon Mountain Peak, Climbing Wall and so much more! Enjoy all the restaurants with outdoor seating and shops around town!
So many family fun NH Attractions so close including Whale's Tale Water Park, Clark's Trading Post, Dinner Train, Mini Golf, Lost River or drive over the scenic Kanc with several stops to swimming holes and be in North Conway under an hour!
Pets are allowed with the Owners' approval. Additional Fees Apply.

The property was clean and accessible. The layout was perfect for our family. We greatly enjoyed the location. The check in process was excellent. The team contacted us many times to make sure we were able to check in with ease.

Amazing time staying at this one of a kind mountain getaway! I highly recommend s stay here! This property is beautiful and located in the perfect place!

The property was clean at the surface. For the amount of money we paid, we expected the property to be spotless. There must have been a pet in there before us as there was pet hair all over the throw pillows and the couch. We paid a pet fee to bring our dog and I feel like we left the property cleaner than how we found it. Once I did a little cleaning I was more comfortable being there. I needed to vaccuum the rugs and the furnitiure. The couches were covered in old crumbs food, human hair, pet hair, etc. There were crumbs on the kitchen chairs and table. The kitchen trash container/liner was disgusting. That was one thing I couldn't bring myself to clean. There was an empty can of pringles under the king bed. We weren't sure which spaces we could park in since the numbers/labels outside have faded. All that aside, we had a wonderful week and really enjoyed the property. We would definitley go back. Max allowed us to extend our departure. Unfortunatley we couldn't take him up on that. The team was really great. Very kind and responsive. Max was great.

My family and I just returned from our vacation getaway here. All I can say is “wow”. The layout of this property is perfect for. a family vacation. The location couldn’t have been better. This property is so centrally located to the attractions that it made everything we did so stress free. Also, thankfully this property had air conditioning! We were very grateful for it, since as our stay was during a very hot stretch of summer. Highly recommend this property!
