About this house rental
*The family friendly condo is a 3 bedroom with a third bedroom/loft and 2 full bathrooms in beautiful Clearbrook Resort, just across the street from the main entrance to Loon Mountain.
*Available from May 1-Nov. 1, 2025 Great for a summer in the mountains or if you need a short-term rental. Price can be negotiated.
*Sleeping arrangements include a large master bedroom with a private bath upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs which include a queen size bed in one room, and two sets of bunk beds in the room next door. There is also a loft with a full size bed. A laundry room can be found on the lower level as well for your convenience.
*This condo has been updated with new floors on the main level. It has a wood burning fire place with plenty of wood out back and a fully equipped kitchen.
*It's completely wired with Wireless Internet service, and Cable TV. The Shuttle bus to Loon mountain over Christmas break and winter weekends is right outside.
*Located on a relaxing bubbling brook in one of the nicest complexes at Loon Mtn.
*There is air conditioning on the main level and unit is in the shade so it doesn't get that hot in the summer.
This includes membership to the Village Pool and Tennis Club, which is very close by! They have indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and tennis courts and other amenities! Great for the kids.
We are close to lots of fun things to do, such as Ladies Bathtub at the Pemi River, Whales Tales Water Park and Echo Lake.

Area Attractions: The Loon Mt. Area gives you convenient access to all the White Mountains have to offer. Hiking, Skiing, Swimming in the nearby river. 89-1 was a comfortable, spacious retreat after a day on the mountain. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful. The Condo is multi-level and quite comfortable with plenty of space for adults and kids to spread out. Yet, sitting by the fire in the living room was the perfect spot to play card games for the whole group. There is a "leave your shoes in the mudroom" policy, which we loved because the condo unit felt nice and clean. We would definatley rent again!

We are from Florida, where we never see snow and rarely the cold. We love New Hampshire and Loon Mountain.
This place was absolutely breathtaking. Plenty of room for our family. Master bedroom was on private top floor, living area with kitchen, fireplace, on second main floor, and bottom floor had a queen room and another room with 2 sets of bunkbeds. Perfect for our growing family, and my son's college roommate. The place was supplied with an abundance of firewood, fun games, clean linen, plenty of towels, cozy blankets, and all the basic necessities (soap, laundry and dish washing supplies, shampoo, trash bags, etc.). Perfect location near the entrance to Loon Mountain, with the shuttle that runs all day. I loved the room that is right inside the door, to put all ski gear, without actually bringing in the main house. My favorite part is the gorgeous, peaceful stream flowing in the back of condo. We kept the windows open all night to hear its soothing sound. The owner was amazing in every way and responded immediately to all my pre-vacation questions. We will definitely be back!

We booked this property to have a few days away from the hustle and bustle of our regular Thanksgiving. We had the best time. The condo was immaculate and better than the pics! The owner was available, helpful and friendly.

Great family condo; stayed with our kids and young (3, 2 and 8 months) grandchildren. Plenty of room and a great kitchen when you want to cook/stay in. Love the complex, well kept and wonderfully quiet
