We found this townhome to be spacious, and fully equipped with every day essentials.
I thought the pool and clubhouse were on property, along with a barbecue grill. The amenities were across the street at Loon Mountain. The towels and sheets had stains on them. The sliding door in the downstairs bedroom was broken.

Very easy access and check in process. Spacious property.
It wasn’t very clean: the bathroom upstairs was grimy and had plugs of hairs left in the shower, the carpets are stained, and dirty downstairs, soft furnishing and some of the bedding/upholstery would also really need a wash (blankets, cushion covers etc). There are big black flies in the top bedroom. It put a massive damp on the excitement of going away for the weekend.
It would also be nice to have some small toiletries, or none at all. Lots of nearly empty hand soap pumps. The towel rail in downstairs bathroom is falling off all the time.
