Summit 71 - Pools, Hot Tubs, Shuttle, Loon & Downtown

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights for a little getaway and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The condo was cozy, modern, and had such a homey feel to it. The decor was beautiful, and the mountain views right outside the windows were absolutely stunning. The area was also very quiet and peaceful, which made it even more relaxing.The location was excellent very close to White Mountain National Forest, Franconia Notch State Park, local restaurants, and grocery stores, which made everything really convenient. The condo was also fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay, which we really appreciated.Check-in was very easy, and the host had excellent communication with very fast responses anytime we had questions.A few things future guests may want to keep in mind are more personal preference rather than negatives. Both king beds were on the firmer side, and after several nights our backs were a little sore since we prefer softer mattresses. Also, there are two sliding doors but no security bars, so families with small children may want to bring compact ones. The dining room curtains also don’t fully cover the windows, and the kitchen window has no blinds, which felt a little uncomfortable at night when walking around in pajamas. Lastly, there are quite a few stairs leading up to the condo, so just keep that in mind if stairs are difficult for you.Overall though, we would definitely stay here again and really enjoyed our trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner is super responsive. Unlike many of the other condos we have stayed in at Loon, this condo was very well stocked - lots of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, soap in all the bathrooms and laundry detergent. This place is nicely decorated, updated and comfy. We enjoyed the pac-man game also! This was not an issue for us but as a note there are lots of stairs - it is four levels. Overall a great stay and a great host!

Great location! Condo was beautiful and well equipped.Plenty of space for the family with comfortable beds and fun extras. Host was responsive and helpful.

The place was in perfect shape, we loved it and would stay there again in the future. The host communication was also perfect. All questions were answered within minutes. I will highly recommend this place!
