About this house rental
This newly renovated, spacious vacation home is located in Clearbrook I, with five bedrooms and three baths this multi-level townhouse offers you space to spread-out, relax and unwind.
Enter to a foyer with a bench for removing your shoes and a closet for all your outer gear. Travel upstairs to the main kitchen, dining and living areas. The living area offers a wrap-around couch, chair, flat screen cable television and wood burning fireplace. The kitchen has the appliances and cookware necessary to prepare your favorite meal and offers two counter seats. The near-by dining table sits in a nook, can seat up to ten and holds an A/C unit. Also on this level is a full bath and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Up another level is a landing with an office area and the laundry room with side by side washer and dryer. One more set of stairs and you are at the upper most level of the townhouse hosting the primary bedroom with a king bed, streaming-only television with no cable access and A/C; a full bath and an additional bedroom with two twin beds and a television.
Back to the entry foyer and go down stairs to the lowest level of this town house which is designed as its own small apartment with two bedrooms and a bath as well as living and kitchenette areas. The living area offers a couch and wood burning fireplace. One bedroom on this level holds a king bed and streaming-only television while the second bedroom offers two twin beds.
Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment.
Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

The property was fine. It was the perfect size for our family. It’s 1/2 mile walk to the pool and facilities, which we didn’t realize. Additionally, some parts of the house were in slight disrepair and could use some maintenance and updating. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

rental was clean and very spacious. Key card for pool area , arcade room, as well as information for local amenities were provided with a welcome bag on the dining room table. Wi-Fi password was available and connection was excellent. kitchen was very well organized with good amount of utensils, as well as variety of pots and pans, immersion blender, blender, microwave available.. Cupboards contained lots of games, puzzles , books. Large towel, hand towel, face cloth nicely, wrapped for each guest on their bed. Full bathroom on each level. There was a few stairs down from the parking area, then one step up to porch. On entry, five stairs down to lower level with two bedrooms, kitchenette, extra living room, or five steps up to main level with kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, bedroom with two sets of twin bunkbeds. From main level, next set of stairs, leads to nook with desk., then some more stairs to upper level with two bedrooms, full bathroom. Not a good place for a wheelchair user. Other family members rented other units in same complex for this weekend, they did not receive enough towels, no pass to the pool, no wifi info

First, it was clean and appeared to be in good shape, plenty of room. Many things made us nervous, the kitchen faucet was broken, the dining chairs were very light weight and fragile, making us careful sitting on them. Not enough sitting space in main living room for 9 people. Outside door's lock stuck so we had to call to have someone let us in, we were able to take a screen out and get in through a window, we did not damage anything. A towel bar kept falling off, middle bar not long enough.A few shades didnt work. One shower head was loosely attached to the wall. A bathroom sink had a very slow drain. One coffee mug was left in the cabinet missing a handle and cracked, not safe. Plenty of beds, everyone was comfortable. Just a bit nervous of breaking something and often had to figure out how to work with fragile or broken items. Beds were many and comfortable, but always nervous we would break something. So I would probably not stay there again.
