While the rest of the Village of Loon complex was developed in the 70's this house was built in 2009. The condo features modern amenities, stainless appliances, hardwood floors, stone fireplace etc. Ideal for large groups or multiple families. The townhouse includes an attached in-law apartment with an additional kitchen and living room and a separate entrance from the street.

We purosfully chose the off season for less crowds. This was a great opportunity for all of us to relax with good food prepared in the fully stocked kitchen, play family board games at the large dinning table, watch sports and take short adventures in the area. This place is super close to Lincoln Woods with its suspension bridge and waterfall.The bedrooms were all good size. Everything maintained and clean. Of course there are a few spots where the wear and tear of renting shows but it didnt hinder anything.Resort amenities like the pool and hot tub were awesome. Our host were very responsive. We would recommend to friends and colleagues looking to visit the area.

This home is just lovely and Carl was very easy to communicate with. There were many things that showed careful thought and made staying there a joy. Everything in the kitchen is clearly labeled, the beds are super comfy, and the giant grill makes dinner for a crowd a breeze. Add that to being minutes from Lincoln and some amazing hiking and this we’ll definitely be returning.

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had their own personal space while the common areas could fit us all. We found it to be clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Everything was true to the listing. Walking distance to the pools was a huge plus, also very close to the overflow lot. There is so much to do in Lincoln and other spots nearby - this was the perfect "home-base" for us to start and end our days. Thank you for hosting us, and we are hoping to come back next year!

House was wonderfully clean, accessible. It fit my extended family well. I loved the furniture for kids- including the pack n plays and the high chair. It was really convenient for our 8 month old. We loved our stay and will be back!
