The property includes parking for up to 3 cars. Includes access to Loon slope side pool/fitness mountain club!

4 levels of luxurious sun splashed living with dramatic mountain views every season of the year! High end kitchen complete with Bosch appliances and furnishings. Lower level has in-law suite with a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.

Exclusive access to Loons mountain club. Indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and programming. Spa services are available and towels are provided.
Other things to note
***Coolidge Falls Association is a quiet community and not suitable for parties or large groups. Parking is limited
to 3 cars. Quiet hours are from 10PM - 7AM. Speed limit of 15 MPH strictly enforced. Use of the fireplace is prohibited*****

We had a truly enjoyable stay!! The house is spacious, well-appointed, and offered everyone a little bit of privacy with the bedrooms on three out of the four levels. Super easy access to Loon on the shuttle that ran frequently, and access to the hot tub was an added bonus! One thing to note is that you cannot use the fireplace during your stay, but this didn't detract from all the cozy vibes at this townhouse. Highly recommend!
