About this house rental
One of a kind double unit at the Village of Loon. Larger than the standard unit, this is an ideal space for families to spread out and enjoy. There are 4 formal bedrooms and a split loft with two additional sleeping areas, and 2 living rooms- one on the main level and another in the lower level. Enjoy access to the Village of Loon rec building with pools, hot tub & more. Lots to do right at the resort, but conveniently located just across the street from Loon Mountain!
Per HOA, guests cannot use grill as it is on a balcony. We have a fire table that no longer works, but there is some outdoor seating

Overall we liked the place with some reservations- unclear about type of EV port, unclear about separation of rooms in the split loft and most of all the damp smell on the lower level was something we couldn’t spray away. Needs a dehumidifier
