The property includes 2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with two single beds, providing comfortable accommodation for families and groups alike. The bathroom is fitted with a WC and bathtub, and there is an additional separate WC for added convenience. Guests benefit from seamless connectivity throughout their stay thanks to the included WiFi, ensuring that both leisure and remote work needs are effortlessly met.

The visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site directly to the landlord, amounting to CHF 4.50 per night per person aged 16 years and above, while guests under 16 years of age are exempt from this tax. The bed linen charge includes towels and kitchen linen. A cot and high chair are available upon request and can be obtained from the office for a deposit. Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge, though a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained for any cancellation. Should a cancellation occur less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, you have the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive in determining entitlement to the cancellation fee, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays deferred to the next working day. In the event of a premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
