Quietly situated, family-friendly house with garden and wonderful views of the mountains. House 2 has four bedrooms for two people each: two rooms with double beds, one room with two single beds and one room with bunk beds. Fireplace in the living room and garden seating area. 10 minutes' walk to the cable car, restaurants, bars and various shops (VOLG supermarket). More supermarkets and stores can be found in Flims and Laax, both are only about 8 minutes away by car (or post bus).1 GB Internet/WLAN connection. Free parking for 1 car, second car in summer on request, additional paid parking spaces in the Rocksresort parking garage (https://live.flimslaax.com/parking). You also have the possibility to charge the batteries of electric cars there, which is unfortunately not possible on the property. Baby chair and baby crib on request. One pet is allowed, damage to be borne by the tenant.Mountain hiking trails and bike trails lead past our house. Please inform yourself about activities on https://www.flimslaax.com - outdoor activities and nature, indoor activities, hikes in the valley or on the mountain, theme trails, treetop path, route suggestions, trail running, the lakes, the bike region, climbing, yoga and golf. Not to mention everything that Flims, Laax and Falera have to offer in winter. You will be amazed.The house is located in a quiet residential area in Laax Murschetg, less than 1km from the Rocksresort and the valley station. It is a cozy house in the original Graubündner style. In summer it is a direct starting starting point for hikes to explore the breathtaking Grisons nature, the mountains or the surrounding lakes. In winter Laax is the destination for all ski and snowboard fans and for piste-goers - for everybody who wants to explore the unique winter landscape of Graubünden.On the ground floor of house 1 is the living room with dining area and fireplace and the well equipped kitchen. On the first floor of house 1 is a very spacious room with a double bed and balcony, a smaller room with two single beds and room 3 with a bunk bed and a vanity, a bath room with bath tub and toilet, and a separate toilet.
