Nice enough apartment

Clean & tidy. Clearly recently renovated Quiet position . Good shower/ bathroom . Adequate kitchen facilities to self cater.

Just not up to the same standard we have come to expect when renting in Swiss ski resorts . It was difficult to find after dark ( we arrived some time after 8pm) , the on site person was not available to let us in & although had left a key out we could not find the apartment . The owner was helpful but that involved FaceTiming her in Italy in the cold & dark . The WiFi did not work although the router was detectable there was no wifi which was disappointing. We rented for 2 people paying more than we could have for a 1 bed but arrived to only one bedroom being unlocked as is apparently the policy to only open enough rooms for number of people booked . This was not made clear when we booked & hasn’t happened to us before . Minor point - sofa v uncomfortable

Nice roomy apartment in two floors with balcony

Good location with almost ski in and ski out after a short 90 meter walk to the beginner slope by the gondola. Nice quiet location a couple of hundred meters from and above the Laax gondola. Private parking lot outside the ski room. Large ski room. Nice apartment in two floors with toilet and shower upstairs as well as downstairs. Three bedrooms on second floor. Balcony, TV-room and kitchen on first floor. The apartment itself is on third floor. Small but sufficient kitchen. Not a lot of cups, glasses, knives and forks, would be good to stock up with more. Really nice host who helped us when we arrived and could not get in contact with the concierge and also replied very fast when we had some questions about cleaning, waste disposal and check-out, many thanks Irmgard:)

The restaurants on the mountain are quite noisy, expensive and not that good. We brought pick-nic with us one day which was a really nice alternative.

Kühlschrank defekt Wasserhahn Küche defekt Besteckanzahl nicht für 4 Personen ausgelegt DFF ausgerechnet im Bad liess sich nicht öffnen Bad Wand zu Elternzimmer Schallschutz gleich Null man hört alles Skiraum ist vom Gebäude her frei zugänglich schon am 2.Tag wurde uns ein Paar Skier gestohlen Meldung bei der Kantonspolizei in Flims hat uns einen halben Tag Ferien gekostet Seitens Vermieter bzw Verwaltung kein entgegenkommen Nichts keine Kulanz !!!!!! Ratschlag sichern sie ihre Skier Skischuhe etc. im Skiraum

Gute Lage und halbwegs gemütliche Einrichtung. Allerdings ist die Küchenausstattung eine Katastrophe. Für den Preis kann

Die Lage war gut und sehr ruhig. Die Schlafzimmer waren gemütlich und gut eingerichtet.

Als Kaffeemaschine wurde eine Tschibo-Maschine zur Verfügung gestellt, die ausschließlich nur mit Kaffeekapseln funktioniert, welche man nicht in Laax und Umgebung kaufen kann (Vertuo-Kapseln von Nespresso ). Die Vermieterin schreibt zwar, dass man diese speziellen Kapseln im Volg und Coop in der Näher erhält, das ist aber nicht korrekt. 0 Sterne hierfür! Zudem ist die Küchenausstattung ein Sammelsurium von Erbschaften oder Wohnungsauflösungen aus den 70ern bis 90ern. Für mich ist es unverständlich, warum die Besitzer nicht für 300 Franken eine einheitliche Küchenausstattung von IKEA erstehen. Dann wäre die Küche zweckmäßig und schön eingerichtet. So gibt es dafür leider nur 1 Stern. Als dritten Kritikpunkt ist das Dachfenster des oberen Bads zu nennen, welches sich nicht mit der Elektronik öffnen ließ. Da die zusätzliche Lüftung gut funktionierte, war das verschmerzbar.

Die zwei renovierten Badezimmer, reichlich Schränke in den Schlafzimmern. Bequeme Betten, schöne Bettwäsche

Küchenausstattung eher spärlich, vor allem für Take away Liebhaber geeignet.
