Luxury apartment, beautiful terrace (partially covered), free Wi-Fi, and parking

The apartment is modern and spacious (120 m²), featuring a luxurious kitchen, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms with large beds, stone and wood floors, and high ceilings. It is located on the top (fourth) floor (with an elevator) and features a terrace of approximately 60 m² (partially covered) with a fantastic view of the surrounding area. Two bedrooms are on the first floor; the master bedroom is on the first floor.

A short walk from the Laax Valley station and ski rental (or one bus stop away), restaurants, and just a minute’s walk from a Coop supermarket (6 a.m.–10 p.m.), you’ll find our apartment, which was completed in 2010 and renovated in 2017.

The apartment is quiet and has two parking spaces in the garage and a private ski storage area in the basement. From the apartment, you can walk straight into the forest for a nice stroll toward Flims.

Laax is easily accessible by car (about 8 hours from Arnhem), train (Chur + bus), and via the airports in Zurich and Basel (EasyJet flies twice daily from Amsterdam).

Winter sports: Laax is the snowboarding capital of Europe, with plenty of snowboarding and freestyle options. It also features extensive slopes for beginners and advanced skiers. Since the 220-kilometer ski area is particularly large, you’ll never feel like you’re running out of options. Even during peak vacation times, there are no long lines at the lifts. From the top, you can quickly head down for a great run without having to wait. Since the area has virtually guaranteed snow, you can often ski in deep snow from December through March all the way down to the villages (Laax, Falera, Flims).
There are many restaurants and shops around the ski lift, and of course plenty of supermarkets.

Summer Sports: For active hikers, Laax is an excellent destination. From the apartment, you can walk for several hours straight through the forest, up into the mountains, or along (swimmable) lakes. There are many trains, such as the Glacier Express, and you can also take the aerial cableway to the summit and continue hiking from there in the summer. Mountain bikers also get their money's worth, and there are various outdoor activities for children during the summer months.
