We’ve been skiing in Laax for over 10 years and this is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in with a smaller group of people. It has everything you’d expect from a higher end rental, and is perfectly located. Loved the steam shower which helped banish any aching muscles after a full day shredding the pistes!

The apartment is of a very high standard and well fitted out. A small negative would be that it only has one bathroom, it was ok with just four of us but if it had been six it may have not been so convenient. I would definitely recommend the apartment and would book it again.

Spent a great week at the apartment in January 2017. A fantastically well appointed apartment which provides all that you'd need. It's clean, tidy, modern with great facilities including parking, washing facilities and ski lockers. 4 of us stayed here (the apartment can easily accommodate 6 people though) for a weeks' snowboarding and it is handily located for getting to the main lifts in LAAX, either via the free bus no more than 500m from the building are a 5-10 minute walk, the supermarket and the bars and restaurants around the LAAX base station. The owner was very helpful and attentive throughout the booking process and dealt quickly with a query we had during our stay. In summary a great apartment in a good location on the doorstep of a great ski area. Well worth a visit.

What do you need for a great ski vacation? First of all you need good bed. The beds in the apartment were probably better than ours at home and the view from the beds was amazing. There is no better feeling than waking up holiday overlooking snow covered pine trees. In one word: fantastic! Further we had a good shower with thermostatic valve. After a day of skiing we could warm up in a very large shower, ideal to take a long, hot shower. It was easy to prepare a good meal in the ultra-modern kitchen with (almost) everything in it. As real Dutch people, we only missed cheese slicer and grater. The living room includes a hanging bank, with many slopes. This was ideal to relax in the evening from long ski runs. There where even tea lights to create a romantic evening. There is a door to the ski bus stopping every morning, unfortunaly we missed it every morning... That meant we had to continuous solid, but beautiful walk to the nearest ski lift, which is also a good warm-up for the rest of the day. We still didn’t mentioned the great, specious room of the apartment, the floor heating, the huge balcony with several seats to enjoy the afternoon- and evening sun in the summer, ample parking in the garage, the elevator and the beautiful walks that you can make in the neighborhood. The many bike signs we passed, suggest that there is lots to do for mountain bike enthusiasts in the area. In conclusion, our holiday was a complete success. We definitely want to come back in the spring and / or summer to come back.

The apartment is new, modern and spacious. It was perfect to host 6 adults. The pictures already give you a good idea of what to expect but walking into the apartment for the first time was still amazing. The beds slept well and were indeed very long (very nice for the tall people among us who don't like to have cold feet…). The parking place (inside!) is big enough for two big cars. Even without a car the place was easy to reach. Just take a plain to Zurich, hop on the train to Chur were a bus will take you straight to the apartment. It took my friends two and a half hours but the it was easy and straight forward. It's a 5-10 min. walk to the ski lifts but for those who don't like to walk with ski boots there's also a bus stop in front of the building. The ski area is big enough to stay a week, though very good skiers will have seen everything in 2-3 days. I was surprised about the prices of the ski pass but then again Switzerland is expensive…. For this reason we cooked most of the evenings which was very easy since the kitchen is fully equipped. There's even a dishwasher so don't worry about doing the dishes!! In case you do want to go out for dinner make sure to make reservations because it can be busy! We had a very good raclette in the fondue room of hotel Vorab in Flims. All by all: an amazing ski holiday!

Our first time in Laax

we spent the winter holiday week (last week in February) there. The location of the apartment is in walking distance to the funiculars. Nice restaurants also nearby and in walking distance. The apartment is large with a large outside veranda, the kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms are super. The bedrooms upstairs are missing a bit daylight, lights in the kitchen and living room could be improved. The apartment has underground car parking lots and a ski room close by, which is very convenient . The agency looking after the apartment is very helpful and easy to deal with. All in all a good spot, which we can recommend. Thanks a lot Frank, communication with you has also been very kind.

Die Wohnung ist unglaublich gemütlich, sehr schön und herzlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bäder sind super schön und die Dampfbad/ Dusche in Highlight. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind und der Platz hat durchaus gereicht. Die Räume sind gewöhnungsbedürftig hellhörig und leider hat es im oberen Stock keine Badezimmer, was die älteren Erwachsenen bemängelt haben. Dennoch würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, Die Schlüsselübergabe und den Kontakt zum Vermieter waren sehr angenehm und einfach.

Een erg luxe, open, modern en ruim appartement. Komt op foto's kleiner over en dit was dus een aangename verassing bij aankomst. Alles was heel schoon en lekker opgeruimd. Voorzien van luxe apparatuur en je hoeft dus niks mee te nemen. 2 badkamers is erg erg fijn. De ligging is perfect, mooi uitzicht en alles dichtbij. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was echt helemaal top! Ik kom hier graag volgend jaar weer

Modern, netjes, ruim, knus, luxe en goed gelegen is in een paar woorden samengevat wat als eerst in mij opkomt. Ik was erg verbaasd over de enorme ruimte wat heel prettig was. Verder is er mooi en luxe apparatuur aanwezig en hoef je eigenlijk niks mee te nemen. Het balkon is erg groot en je kan daar makkelijk met 12 mensen zitten. Prijs - kwaliteit verhouding is echt top! je bent ook zo bij de bus en in het dorp of omliggende dorpjes.

Zeer mooi en ruim appartement voorzien van alle denkbare luxe. Vorig jaar ook een week verbleven maar is nu zeer mooi verbouwd met een tweede badkamer die zelfs voorzien is van een tweepersoons stoomcabine. Heerlijk na een lange wandeling maar uitmuntend na een dagje skieën! Er is ook als er geen sneeuw is genoeg te doen. Er zijn talloze adembenemende wandelroutes direct vanuit het appartement te starten. Ook hebben we een dagje liggen luieren aan de Caumasee op aanraden van de eigenaar. Wat een ervaring bij dit glasheldere meer met zeer goede facaliteiten. Ook bij een minder mooie dag had de eigenaar een tip om even over de Italiaanse grens het plaatsje Como te bezoeken aan het Comomeer. Daar scheen de zon inderdaad dan weer wel en is een pitoresk stadje met een prachtige oude binnenstad met lekkere terrasjes

De woning is goed bereikbaar, via de garage en lift. Ruime en lichte woning met uitstekende bedden en een mooi ruim terras. Schoon en goed onderhouden. Aardige en hulpvaardige eigenaar en goede service door serviceorganisatie ter plekke. Appartement is gelegen nabij de liften, goed toegankelijk, ook met de gratis bus. Geweldig ski- en wandel gebied. In het complex zijn wasmachines en drogers aanwezig maar deze konden we helaas niet gebruiken.

This is a great apartment, perfectly located and priced. Sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Linens and towels are very nice. Minamlist approach to decor. Huge balcony for warm days. Walking distance to slopes and to freestyle academy for the kids or more adventurous adults. A couple of ideas for improvements. The shower water will get extremely hot if someone use water elsewhere in the house, this can be dangerous as i do mean extremely hot. Add a few more kitchen appliances, stuff. Toaster would be nice, provide basics for condiments perhaps (sugar, salt, pepper). Pre-stock the fridge with a few welcome drinks or fruit. Small touches that would be appreciated.

Met het gezin (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen) twee weken in het appartement verbleven. Het is een ruim, mooi en strak ingericht appartement met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Ideaal was de ondergrondse parkeergarage. En het is fijn dat je gebruik kan maken van de Wi-Fi, werkt uitstekend. Bij vragen en of problemen konden we prima terecht bij de eigenaar. In de omgeving zijn er zat activiteiten te doen om je niet dood te vervelen. Het is een ideale vakantie voor actieve mensen. Wandelen, zwemmen, hardlopen en fietsen. Winkel sluiting op zondag zijn wij uit Nederland niet gewend en kan als vervelend ervaren worden. Over het algemeen genomen hadden wij een super tijd en het weer was ontzettend mooi (25+).

This was our first time skiing in Switzerland after years in France. The apartment is great: large, modern, clean and warm! The beds were comfy and the kitchen spacious and well equipped (believe me, we’ve seen different…). Although… we did miss a microwave. Also a second (separate) toilet would have been nice. The balcony is fantastic. Our almost 2-year-old daughter could play outside without us having to worry. Just too bad we could not sit there every day, because of the weather… Last but not least, there was enough space to park two cars. Even though it is part of the gas station, the coop-supermarket nearby has excellent bread and you can get all the basics, but more important is its sharper pricing than the other supermarket up the hill. The ski-area is great and not hard to reach, a 10-minute walk or one bus stop. We stored our gear in lockers near the ski lift. We enjoyed 5 days of skiing without having to wait in line for the ski lifts; the first day was a bit more crowded. Restaurants on the slopes and at the lower station are pricy indeed but good, the people very friendly. Laax presents itself as snowboarders’ paradise, but also has much to offer for skiers. Slopes are fit for the experienced as well as the inexperienced and basically we did not see that many snowboarders as they all went down the free ride runs. Thanks for a great holiday in Laax.
