Puikiai įrengtas namas per du aukštus. Viename aukšte svetainė su virtuve ir tualetu, kitame aukšte trys miegamieji su dviem dušais ir pirtimi. Erdvūs laiptai, saugu jais lipti. Erdvi svetainė. Virtuvėje buvo viskas - nuo indų iki įvairių buitinių prietaisų. Buvo visa įranga pasidaryti fondiu ir raklete. Namas švarus, patogios lovos. Graži vieta su puikia panorama. Visiškai šalia pažintinis takas virš medžių.
Nebuvo interneto, sudėtinga komunikacija. Nebuvo jokios informacijos, jog name nėra interneto, internetą reikia turėti savo. Bandant klausti, nuomininkas liepia kontaktuoti su savininku, o savininkas kalba tik vokiškai ir pasakyti iki galo aiškiai, jog interneto nėra, nesugebėjo. Taip pat keista, kad buvo paliktas tik vienas šiukšlių maišas ir jokios informacijos, kur reikėtų išmesti šiukšles, nes konteinerių prie namo nebuvo. Taip pat galėtų būti aiškesnė informacija, kurioje vietoje reikia statytis automobilį - viršuje ar apačioje.
