Practical ski stay. We would come back without hesitation

The manager was super helpful. Space was great for our family of 4. Everything we needed to cook was there. Nice spa/pool space, easy to use. Was near a bus stop to get to the slopes. Surprisingly quiet for being directly across a road (windows closed). A covered garage space was available for us. Washing machine was convenient.

If I want to be picky…the light switches drove us a bit nuts 😄

Great modern living

Modern apartments with spa facilities. Best surprise was that we could hire the spa area for an hour privately which was perfect with small children. This way we felt like we could let them be themselves without disturbing other residents. It’s a small but perfect spa area & well designed.

It’s an ok stay but you could definitely get much better for the price it even less.

The room was ok and clean. Also parking and electric car charger were available.

The facilities are a lot less nice than the pictures imply. The wellness area is crowded and unimpressive. The location is not great, as there is almost nothing around and you would have to take a bus or walk at least 15’ for anything.

Fantastic time, great host and lovely accommodation

We had an amazing time at Black Summit. Our host Jason was very lovely and helpful, as we were travelling with two teenagers he offered to upgrade our room to a bigger one for a small fee. Both rooms we stayed in were very clean, beds are very comfortable, kitchen has sufficient appliances and you have enough pots, pans and utensils. Pool and Jacuzzi were always clean and it was lovely to just get in a chill. We had a fantastic time as a family and we are hoping to go back again soon.

amazing apartment

Mr. Jason is absolutely amazing always helpful, never says no, and makes everything so easy. His customer service is top-notch! The apartment is spacious, super clean, and gives you full privacy. I really liked the furniture too it’s very well chosen and comfortable. Also, the location is great, with petrol stations and supermarkets close by.

Although there was AC in the living room, the bedroom did not have one. This was the only minor challenge during my stay, as two of the days were quite sunny and warm, which made the bedroom a little uncomfortable without AC.

In love with Switzerland!

The most beautiful country we've been to! As for the Black Summit Resort, the manager, Jason, was very welcoming, friendly and gave us a lot of useful information for our stay. The interior design was very nice, the apartment itself- spotless and spacious. My son loved the swimming pool!

No air-con! The room was very hot, despite the fans provided. Having said that, from what I've read, air-conditioning units are not very popular in Switzerland in general. The windows were very close to the main road, so when we opened them in the evening, the traffic was very noisy.

The hosts, Elise and Jason, are cordial and helpful 😊 The studio is comfortable and convenient, with a nicely optimal bathroom. Facilities beyond the studio are excellently maintained, with a calm, safe ambience.

System glitches caused an error in the online check-out, and a delay in the deposit refund. When we asked about these, Elise apologised and made the necessary corrections, so in the end, all good! ☺️

state of the art appartment although figuring out the lighting was quite a journey. The appartment was very spacious and modern and exceed our expectations by far. Would book it agaiin a heartbeat. I have not been in the Swimming pool but the kids loved it after a day of skiing!

Great space for a group of friends skiing with a toddler too. Very handy to the bus stop opposite to get you to the slopes or centre of Laax. We loved the spa facilities too and staff were very attentive, thanks!

Blacksummit Resort is amazing! Just two bus stops from the ski lift, it offers a super convenient location for skiers and snowboarders. The rooms were very comfortable, with spotless bed linen and towels, and the kitchen was well-equipped with almost everything we needed. The highlight for me? The spa area with hot water—absolutely perfect for unwinding after a long day on the slopes! 🔥💦 We stayed in a small studio, which felt a bit tight for a family of three, but I’d definitely return and book a larger apartment next time. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I can't wait to go back! ⛷️🏡😊

Wonderful stay: Amazing location, exceptional apartments & cosy atmosphere

Amazing location, great rooms, clean and welcoming atmosphere. We stayed at a smaller apartment at the beginning of February. The property is completely new, has a beautiful design and has just opened. Ski slopes, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Convenient indoor and outdoor parking and ski room. We're looking forward to coming back in Spring when the additional wellness area will be open!

Herr Matej hat uns sehr herzlich und dienstleistungsorientiert empfangen und alles schön erklärt. Bei jeder Begegnung hat er sich für unser Wohlbefinden interessiert. Man fühlt sich mit ihm sehr wohl und willkommen. Das Spa ist schmuck und schön, es fehlt nur die Sauna. Nespressomaschine mit genug Kapseln

Liegt gleich an der Hauptstraße, relativ weit von Dorf und Läden und Restaurants, kein schöner Spaziergang auf jeden Fall. Das Bettgestell ist viel zu klein für die Matratzengrösse. Die Matratze rutschte mehrmals vom Bettgestell. Sehr unvollständige Küchenausrüstung, teils etwas schmutzig und unter dem Kochherd eine lose Abdeckung, welche mehrmals auf den Boden gefallen ist. Unter dem Bett und beim Radiator / Fenster sehr viel Staub. Auf das Privat Spa Angebot haben wir gemäss Ausschreibung auf Internetseite spekuliert, es werde aber erst im Dezember angeboten. Das Spa ist definitiv zu klein, wenn es so viele Gäste hat, wie während unserem Aufenthalt. Die Lichtbedienung ist modern, aber nicht sehr intuitiv. Tür zum Zimmer ist (zu) wenig Schalldicht. Beim Duschen spritzt das Wasser bis zur Toilette nebenan, jedes mal ein See.

Ein toller Wanderurlaub in Graubünden

Ein großzügig ausgestattetes Apartement. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Sauna gab es auch. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Apartment lag direkt an der Bundesstraße. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es soweit ok. Aber den großen Balkon konnte man wegen des Lärms nicht nutzen. Sehr schade
