About this house rental
Super location on the island! Close to shopping and restaurants, Yacht Club and Judge Jolley Bridge. 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with 180 degrees of waterfront. Good boat traffic to watch and even the Princess comes down this canal. Original Deltona home which has had some upgrades, clean and very well maintained. Fully equipped kitchen, stove is gas, 2 car garage, W/D, TV's in each bedroom and large screen in the living room. Wifi, plenty of lanai furniture and electrically heated pool. Home on cal-de-sac, quiet setting!

House and pool were amazing. Caught a few fish from the dock. Although the weather was quite uncooperative, we enjoyed our stay! New kitchen was nice and loved the open concept living, dining and kitchen.

North side of the Island has a larger residential population vs the south end that is more touristy. We enjoyed being on the north and traveling to the south. It was busy on the Island, but enjoyable.
The house was easy to stay in. Has everything you need and organized well. Pool is big, can see the sun rise and sunset from the pool deck. Many fish were caught right off the canal. Spent many hours reading and splashing. Property was clean, and had extras of beach towels (no need to bring your own) and enough regular towels for our 10 day stay.

We had a great time on Marco Island. The kids spent a lot of time at the pool and looking for dolphins in the waterway out back. We were able to get to the beaches and restaurants with a short drive from the house. Overall, a great spring break for our family of 6!

This house had everything we needed for a week in paradise! Pool area was perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We so enjoyed our stay!!
